Disgusting customer service. All restoration invoices paid in full for a broom cupboard to then be bullied for an additional £1k to paint and clean fixtures and fittings which don't even exist. When asked for proof of the costings no response other than threats of legal action. Avoid at all costs. Whilst a tennent, terrible wifi, unclean toilets with no sufficient facilities, nobody to answer any concerns. Nothing has changed.

Terrible customer service and trying to bully my colleagues into paying £1,000 to paint a door upon leaving the offices. Broadband fitted also never worked. Shocking I advise you to stay clear.

*DO NOT USE* Offices were used and left in brilliant condition once tenancy was up. Now unreasonably trying to charge £1000 to redecorate. Would not recommend using these again.
