I've been working from Spaces for one month, and I like it pretty much, except one thing: the Silence Room. This is a lovely space with big windows and a lot of light, and I understand why so many people want to work from here. But unfortunatelly visitors mostly don't follow the common rule of it: to give each other a silent treatment and an opportunity to focus on work. People don't bother to leave the room when making private or conference calls, even team brainstorming. And I am not a person who enjoys pointing to everyone at their behavour the whole day. Therefore, I suggest Spaces to make the room comcept clearer. Place a couple of big posters on the wall with the same text you have on little cards on each table about the room rules. The same poster on the door will not hurt, too. Please make your visitors aware, because many of them don't even realise this is a Silence room.

Spaces is conveniently located directly behind Munich's Ostbahnhof station, and can also be reached within a few minutes by S-Bahn from the main station. The facilities correspond to the Spaces standard, well-equipped co-working areas with separate work islands, telephone booths and a coffee area. Good and friendly service. At the time of my visit, some offices were not fully furnished as the location had just opened.

My opinion:
Cannot recommend at all. There are way better business centers. Horrible parking situation. Bad service. Only reactive, not
proactive, no problem solving. The principle is: Process first, customer second. It should be the other way round.

Super friendly staff and the working area, as well as the offices, are very modern and spacious.
