Nice office, great location, but the receiptionist rudely kicked me out of the coworking area at 5:00pm on the dot. I understand that's Spaces policy, that if you're working at another office other than your home office that you need to leave at 5:00pm, but I was working on a deliverable and she wouldn't let me stay an extra few minutes to finish it and literally kicked me out. I've worked at Spaces offices across Canada and in a few other countries and have never been treated so poorly. Fix your customer service Spaces.
Avoid at all cost. Is a scam! Sent me invoice for $400 in 7 days for virtual office $50 monthly membership and doesn’t let me cancel it.

I enjoyed working in this space today, however, was not happy that staff are paranoid.
While working in the space, staff walked close by and mentioned loudly "well, we have security cameras in here so we see everything".
I was disappointed at this. Their passive aggressive remark was not appreciated.

This has been the worst service and communication ever! I let the company just 15 days later after I started using about the cancelletion for the second month. They did not process my request showing the contract as a proof that I should have let them know about the cancelletion one month in advance. But how is it possible to let them know one month in advance if I just started using. When I try to contact with them about this issue, even though I sent at least 5 emails, they havent returned. Instead, they keep sending emails from their debt collection department without explaining properly. They should check first Ontario Consumer act because obviously some of their practices are against the act. Hopefully they will reply my emails soon!
