You will be asked to pay the rent 15 days ahead of the upcoming month. If you don't pay it 15 days prior you will be fined for it (we paid around 40€ in fines for not paying 15 days ahead of the upcoming month). Additionally, when your lease is over, you will be charged a fee to restore the office space you rented. Restoring the office space includes giving a paint job to the office, putting new desks and chairs, etc.. For us this amounted to 167€, we rented a 9 m² for 3 months (!) only. There was no need for restoring anything in the office space, yet we still had to pay for this. The site itself looks amazing, but I really don't recommend this place after this experience.

Don't go there!! I have been in around 10 coworking in my life and this is the worst I have ever been to with the most dishonest team I have ever met. We stayed there only 3 months with my 2 other friends as we are travelling a lot. When we visited the first time the coworking everything was fine. The team was all nice and explained us how wonderful is the coworking. They served us a drink, what a welcome! Finally when we signed the contract everything was different. The good athmosphere of the beginning was remplaced by the Spaces money machine. We finished the contract last month. They now try to get money from us from whatever they can. - First they asked us to pay 167€ for the drink we "consumed" and we haven't pay. Sorry??? We asked them to tell us what did we consumed because it was impossible. Finally they changed it to a fee to restore the room. They sent us the bill one month before the end of the contract. How can you know in with condition we will leave the office one month before the end? So they told us it was in the "house rules" (not the contract) you can find I don't know where. You have to pay 20€/m² when you leave. Doesn't matter if you stay 10 years or 3 months like us. Doesn't matter in which condition the office is! - They also asked us to pay 40€ for late payment. Be aware that for the month of may for example, you have to pay the rent before the 15th of april. What is the point expect taking money from you? Of course, this isn't written in the lovely contract but in the "house rules" we was NEVER aware of. I could talk about many other things this dishonest team want to charge you through hidden terms. This coworking revolts me!
