Fantastic co working space in the heart of Downtown Singapore. I walked in and Sheila at the front desk help me get set up and on wifi in less than 60 seconds.
There is cold water, espresso and a variety of beverages.
The best part is it's the only place in Singapore I've seen with a ground outlet meaning I could charge my Macbook bro without the adapter falling off the wall.

Charged our credit cards 2 months of fees when we signed up for 1 month of hot desk membership. Asked for refund back to the credit card but 2 months has past, no refunds received yet after multiple emails, phone calls and empty promises. Very disappointed.

I am writing this review as an e-commerce seller, who sold some items that had 410 North Bridge Road as the delivery address. The buyer, allesandro trygan, uses this address to forward himself items, and he initiated a chargeback after a successful delivery (I have a signed delivery order) to their front desk staff.
So allesandro claimed the order was fraudulent. I found out from the front desk indian man (same man who signed my delivery order) that this guy uses this address to forward himself via FedEx, so probably allesandro uses them as a mule to conduct his fraudulent activities. I have not bothered to ask SpacesWorks for help as most likely they will claim ignorance, which is true, they are just doing their job. I have contacted him via email, and he has claimed to look into the matter, but has done nothing.
So the moral of the story for anyone who wishes to use SpaceWorks is that they dont really bother who their tenants are, they could be scammers like allesandro, or any other person involved in illegal activity, and these maybe your co-tenants.
*This scam has lost me around $100 and I have made a police report with the Singapore Police Force, hopefully they can do something about it.
