Spams your inbox constantly if you make an enquiry. I asked them to stop when they called to persist in offering membership options too and the emails continued.

Extremely rude staff requires sensitivity training, disruptive during meetings with staff gossiping and yelling whilst people are working. Front desk staff are equally disrespectful with no sense of accountability or care for customers. Gotten similar complaints from peers before.

Nice place and reception staff. Clean and tidy building. Great size rooms with key fob security. Parking available on site.

Really slow service, they are more interested to talk to friends while serving and delay us. I asked Sorota if we could speed up as I had been waiting for 8 minutes when there was only 1 person in the queue, she could barely look up from her conversation with the boy and didn't take notice. I've had to wait excessive times on other visits. Very different experience to other branches
