Nice and pleasant premises. Unfortunately, the rent basically only covers the office space itself. Extra costs for coffee, conference rooms and meeting rooms were high but clearly stated before we moved in. However, a "restoration fee" of SEK 4500 was deducted from our security deposit about six weeks after the move, and this without any kind of warning or communication. We have not yet received our deposit of almost SEK 30,000 back, even though it has been almost eight weeks since we moved out. Given that our office was only between 9 and 10 square meters in size, these fees appear disproportionately high and completely out of line with our original agreement.

New and fresh premises. Unfortunately, almost nothing is included in the price except your office. The coffee, all conference rooms and all meeting rooms cost extra. There is also a lack of telephone booths. When we moved out, they also threw a "restoration fee" at us of SEK 300 per m^2, which we cannot find in any of the agreements. This is incredibly strange considering we had cleaned before leaving the office.
