Left it a 2 star review instead of a 1 star because while I was there the offices were clean, easy to access, etc.
The reason you should be concerned here is the way Spaces (who is owned by Regus apparently) handles their billing. They will seemingly nickel and dime you.
Upon move out from an office, they will charge you an "office refreshment" fee. Mine was over $300. This is for any issues for the office, like a security deposit for renting a home or apartment. The only issue is when you sign an agreement with them, they already take 1-2 months rent (I can't remember how much) and hold that as a deposit. Not only that, they don't even look at the office to see if there are any issues and then refund you what they didn't need, exactly like a security deposit. They just keep it.
Also, I wasn't notified I had to pay the "office refreshment" and within 2 weeks they charged me a late fee of $40+ on top of that. A late fee for 2 weeks? And a fee for another unnecessary fee? That's wild.
Not only that but when you move out you have to request your security deposit back through their online platform. They don't just give it back. They make you log in and go through a specific process.
And if you don't know you need to request your security deposit (I assumed they would just refund it as any responsible business would upon move out, which was my mistake), they start deducting $50 from it each month at some point for a "retainer maintenance fee". I mean, really?
Why do they require a security deposit, then charge an "office refresh" fee, charge you a late fee in 2 weeks, then require you to request your security deposit back through their online portal, and then start deducting money from it?
Seemingly, because they want to take any money from you that they possibly can.
If you want a place with nice offices and don't mind watching your bank account, remembering every little detail of your agreement, and staying on top of a company to give you your money back, this might actually be a decent place for you. The building is nice, offices are nice, etc.
But if customer service is important to you and it irks you when a corporation tries to take money from businesses for arbitrary reasons, I'd stay away.
Their response when I asked them to reverse the late fee for the "office refreshment" and to give me the $50 a month they were calling a "retainer maintenance fee" and were taking out of my deposit because I hadn't requested it back yet?
"the mentioned fee was notified to you upon your agreement with our service, which was displayed on the terms and conditions."
What an awesome customer service response.
Read that fine print people.
It's honestly embarrassing for a business that provides services to the business community to be so poor at supporting those same businesses through great customer service. It feels like Spaces is not out to help you, they're out to help themselves through you.
Disappointing.

In Reply To Owner Response:
My name is the name on the account. You can easily look it up.
This generic reply is even more disappointing. Had you taken the time to look up my account, I'm sure you would have found it.
I've already opened a support ticket. It’s like you didn’t even read my review.
But this is what I would expect from Spaces. Can’t say I’m surprised. A funnel to the “Help” team at Spaces, which I’ve already done, only to be told no.
You guys should read the reviews instead of just issuing a standard reply.
It makes you look even worse.

Update based on Owner response below (no way to reply to it on here)- I have already been round and round with your center management team to resolve this issues and refund me accordingly due to the failure to provide the appropriate services and was denied. Your response to "raise a help desk issue" on your site is not helpful at all. Spaces has now wasted hours and hours of my time which are incredibly valuable to me. You have my contact info in your system and you can reach out to me if you wish to resolve this in an ethical fashion. If you do so, I am happy to revise my review to reflect your efforts. Otherwise, the review and my opinion to others both online and in person stands as follows: ***Original review= Would not recommend- Not even worth a tour... Nice looking space, but cannot even keep the Wi-Fi working for their clients. Spent weeks back and forth with them as their IT "was working on it" to no resolution. Finally cancelled my membership as the building is useless without Wi-Fi (note ATT cell coverage does not allow for use of hotspot inside their walls either). Requested a refund for the last month for my frustrations and waste of time and they would not even do that... Clearly management is struggling and cares more about its margins than its clients.

Poorly managed. Couldn’t get AV equipment to work. Unable to find staff to help. When U did find her she knew nothing about the technology to help. Do not provide complimentary snacks or drinks or make them available.

Temp agency in there called RHM, I think, but they lured me in with the promise of a job and did not deliver after me filling out a lot of paper work.
