The office looks nice but that's about it. Terrible service. They don't follow up on things you ask for / which have been agreed. Invoicing is a mess which resulted in late payment fees. They mentioned they will resolve it but they didn't (no accountability). We cancelled our office after one year because they wanted to raise the price by 35% suddenly. This wasn't even allowed by their own 'house rules' (terms). Lastly, they charge €24 per square meters for cleaning when you leave the office. That's very expensive vacuum cleaning which they need to do anyway.

Don't like to leave a negative review, but my experience with Spaces left me with a bad taste. I liked the people working on site, but besides not delivering what Spaces promised (furniture missing in the office, doors not locked after cleaning while our equipment was there) I also had a lot of issues with paying the final bills and they charged me an insane amount of money for a 'final cleaning' that I'm pretty sure never took place and that they were not upfront about. When I tried to resolve it, they choose to start ignoring my emails. Scummy landlord behaviour.

Worst office space I’ve ever used. Completely unorganised, my office rental was given to me without a chair, dirty, and still containing the previous tenants stuff. My bill was incorrect, and no one could resolve that issue (I was told just to pay it anyway), so I was eventually charged more than 2,000 EUR for only a few days of office use. Have spoken to more than 10 people at this company in person, by phone, by email, even from their parent company - and no one can give me a single useful answer on my overcharged bills. They’ve since stopped responding to me completely and just repeatedly send invoices. If you have work to do, I’d advise you to do it anywhere else.

Nice furniture and that’s about it. No community events so hard to meet other people. Can’t pause membership or carry over unused credits. Requires you to cancel at least one month in advance even for flexible contracts, a requirement burried in terms and conditions and not mentioned by the sales person. I was therefore charged for another month even though I cancelled before month’s end.
UPDATE: I contacted Spaces Help Center again, as suggested below, only to have their T&C reiterated to me. What a joke 😅 don't waste your time with these guys.
