I lease an office here for work. It's tiny but has everything I need along with a peek-a-boo view of Elliott Bay. Similar to living in an apartment, the walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors and the proximity of my office to the community space makes it really loud when others are there (so noise cancelling headphones are a must for those moments). The renovations of the community space are slow-going... and I don't know when it will ever be finished, that's not an issue for me since I stay in my office 99% of the time (and the space is still usable, but not polished). The bathrooms are always clean, the building is clean and secured and a plis/benefit to membership here is having access to the 9th floor with expansive views of the water are worth it. The team who works there are also really nice and responsive so that's a win as well. It's a beautiful building and space and I love the neighborhood. I wish I was not moving out of Seattle the end of the year in November, otherwise, I would have renewed my lease because I enjoy it here.

My experience at this spaces location so far has been incredibly supportive . The community manager Adriana Stanley, from the first day I visited the site, welcomed me to facility and made me feel like I had known her for years. This is a nice touch and what keeps me coming back to the site. As a small business owner my self is crucial to have a daily space that allows you to perform your best and also have people care about what you do and be supportive of your vision. I can say that I always feel that way every time I come in . The facility has an incredible layout and I give it a 10 out 10 overall. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to grow their business .

The large co-working area is a little awkward. There are a few chairs and tables but the booths are unfinished? I feel like the receptionist could have cleared this up for us had they shown up.. I am a bit upset I invited a client to meet me here before I had vetted the area. Downstairs lobby was much more welcoming

I love Spaces! I rent a studio for my photography business at the 2 and U building in Seattle and the location is perfect, close to a light rail station and Pike Place Market. Additionally, the Spaces community is friendly, professional and fun, particularly Vickii and Adriana! Thank you for creating an environment in which people look forward to going to work.
