UPD: It's been 3 weeks since I finally got an answer from the team. The issue hasn't been resolved and we're still on the square one. First, they told me there was a mishap in my banking information. Second, they told me they needed time to process changes in my banking information. Third, they sent me en email confirming the return of my deposit but to the bank account they had in the first place. Which will, again, result in a faulty transaction. Finally, I reminded about changes and they told me that they need more time to investigate and process the changes.
I also haven’t got my deposit back. I wrote emails to the Community team, I came in person, I opened a ticket, I left an application on the website, I called the phone number that is on Spaces website. All of it just to be completely ignored. I plan to go to the police, because clearly they just want you to give up and gift them your deposit money.

As a former tenant - I strongly advise against it. We had a temporary office there for 6 months. 51 days after moving out, for unknown reasons, they still have not returned the deposit, although they have up to 30 days to do so (and it's just 8.6k PLN = 2k USD!). In addition, watch out for various provisions in contracts and regulations, especially in longer contracts they can be very risky for tenants. Besides that, it might be an option for a short stay, although overpriced. Small, claustrophobic offices. The common spaces on the ground floor are nice, while those on the upper floors are hopelessly small and windowless. Not enough small rooms for calls or 1/1. The whole company is a corporate behemoth with lots of weird procedures, not all of which work. The front desk tries very hard and helps as much as it can, but often it can't do much. The salespeople will promise you everything, but not everything can be delivered. The back office apparently does not exist.

I've been offered a free day trial at Koneser Spaces today at 11:00. I showed up, was told that someone will be down at the reception desk in 5 minutes. The receptionist asked me to wait standing there, there was nowhere to sit down. During my 25 minutes wait (standing!) nobody came, the receptionist had no interest in sorting out the situation, the person dedicated (apparently) to help never showed up, nobody has phoned me to apologise for the delay - literally no client service. I'm disappointed as I was going to buy monthly coworking service for at least a year. I'm certainly not going to. I wish I could give zero stars to express zero service, but I'm afraid my post won't get published.

Great place for those who look for an office to rent or co-working space.

I definitely advise against it. The terms in the contract for tenants are not the best, and they are still not fulfilled.
