Absolute catastrophic. While the work environment is alright, and the local staff is alright, their back office is a nightmare. I had a private office subscription for 6 months. First they falsely double charged my credit card three times. When reaching out to support to resolve it, you get answers from outsourced customer service barely speaking english. When trying to get a refund for the obvious (& proven) double charges, i got put on hold for weeks „finance team will look into it“. I now had to chargeback the payments over amex because they are incapable. The way they operate should be illegal. If you dont chargeback a payment within 30-60 days after the transaction, big chance tjat you‘re going to lose it. And that‘s what they‘re trying to accomplish. Keep your fingers off it. The trouble you get yourself into is not worth it.

We use this adress for some of our companies. Unfgortunatly, the administration is overhelmed. When there are discrepancies. You have to work with the portal. There are no responsible contact person who can work out a solution.

Great team, professional service and modern facilities :-) If you have any issues or questions, Harry and his team are always ready to help and assist.. I definitely recommend SPACES Bleicherweg as a temporary and/or long term office solution! The location is as well amazing :-)
