I went in for two items and found them easily. A man came over and asked me if I found what was looking for. I said yes, but showed him photos of what I wanted and what I had picked up just to make sure. He told me I could save a few dollars by buying the combo package. I love it when people save me money.
The store is very clean and well organized and the staff are friendly and helpful.

After ordering an office chair on line, I was disappointed that the chair was completely unassembled. Way beyond my scope of capabilities, I called the local Staples store to see if they could assemble it. I was transferred to Mark Simpson, who answered the phone very professionally, and seemed genuinely interested in assisting. He said to bring it by the store. After I arrived at the store, he greeted me at the front entrance, with a welcoming smile and ready to assist. It is not often you experience that lately. Within minutes he had the chair together, and they loaded it into my car. Mark was professional, willing to assist with a smile, turned a disappointing experience into a positive one, and because of him, I have nothing but great things to say about this store. It's employees like that, that make your store. He seemed to really enjoy making people's day, and he certainly made mine. Pay him more! :D (My husband also thanks him, ,as we were certain to be headed for divorce court after attempting assembly...)

Was recommended a laptop by the staples employees, told it was the greatest laptop and it would fit my every need and more. A few days later it crapped out. Battery didn't hole a charge, laptop kept freezing and shutting down. Took it in for warranty, they replaced everything in the laptop and when I got it back it still had the same issues. Asked to return my brand new laptop and get my money back for a new one but was told there was nothing they could do and I'm stuck with this laptop they told me was fantastic but is garbage and barely functions. Will not return, only best buy from now on.

Horrible customer service every time I visit. Went in to pickup a FedEx package, stood in line for 5mins while a staff member behind the counter was doing something, they then proceeded to not say anything, walk past the long line of people waiting to be helped, went into the back and go for a break, after passing our line again without a word or a simple ‘someone will be able to help you right away.’ If you like to stand around and wait then this place is for you, if not avoid it or aim for quiet times.
