I would recommend this Staples store. I've shopped at this Staples for years now, overall good experiences, clean store, bright and friendly layout. Beyond the store itself, the staff are generally knowledgeable and friendly. What made my experience at this store extraordinary was how a recent issue with a product was handled. The matter got escalated to Emily, the store manager, who quickly understood the matter. Emily's communication was excellent, her action was immediate and she exceeded my expectations in seeking resolution. All this together, great work Staples team.

Placed a 24hr photo order around the holidays and I should have perhaps ordered earlier but it took longer and I missed my Christmas gift window. When I went to pick it up after the holidays, the staff couldn't find my order so they reprinted on the spot. They were kind and I appreciated that. Perhaps near Christmas they should stop the feature online for same day printing if it's not feasible, so as to not disappoint.

I wish if I can give 0 star for this place just only because of one lady. I'm not sure if she is managing or not she wears hijab. I went to get refund for my online order, she was very rude. She doesn't even want to explain why I shouldn't get the refund. The way she looks the customer was disrespectful. Any customer should get the proper answer and should get proper service. Hope they will advise her or replace someone else. She is the worst.
