Zero stars, really. The space is sunny but everything else about the business is shady. I went to see the Massy (M) and Bourg la Reine (BLR) spaces. First, they were sketchy about showing me both spaces even though they are very different. Then I got contradicting information from the 2, with M saying I could work at both locations with the same membership but BLR saying I couldn't. I asked for pricing information twice but was not sent it (it was lost in the internet ether, apparently). Then I was verbally given a price for the business lounge use, only to be told half an hour later the the price was for a yearly subscription, not monthly. It's not like they have thousands of pricing options that they can't remember this basic piece of information. I was not informed a priori of the hefty 20% tax. Despite all this I signed up, but after signing up, I was invoiced for 2 months of charges, one due on July 1 and one for the month of July. At this point, about an hour after signing up, I applied to cancel my membership which led to more problems, of course. Their month-to-month policy requires a full month's notice. On top of that, my membership, which I applied for on July 2, was conveniently 'registered' only on July 9 despite everything happening online, which includes cancellation, which I couldn't do until the account was registered. And they used that as an excuse to charge me for 2 months because, you know, one month's notice is required to cancel and they don't do parts of months. This, in spite of the information desk at M telling me that if I gave notice soon enough after signing up, I could cancel my membership at the end of July. I don't know how much sooner than one hour they expected.

I strongly advise against REGUS, overpriced, services billed at all costs (read the contract carefully), their management which turns a deaf ear while they do not keep their commitments made orally, supporting proof (I have been a buzzard it must be admitted). A sales manager who pretends to find a solution.
Also be careful, because if you do not cancel your contract 1 month + 1 day before the date you want to cancel, you will no longer be able to cancel.
Ex: If you sign in November and you only want to rent in November + December = you absolutely must cancel in November. If you cancel in December then your contract will end only at the end of January!..

December 2022 update:
--
The direct debit service has deteriorated but Stop&Work has not failed to increase its rates by +44% in 3 years!!
Under these conditions, I no longer recommend this establishment.

Initial notice, year 2020:

I had my company domiciled at Stop&Work Massy. The service is there and the team is very responsive.
Some problems at the start concerning services billed when they had not been requested, but everything was back to normal quickly. Likewise, pay attention to the notice period and tacit renewal: it is better to be attentive to this from the start rather than being surprised.

Apart from the application which is perhaps not very intuitive, the offices are very clean. The reception area is very friendly. You will be very comfortable there, when sitting down to have a coffee with your guest. You will notice... very very very... good
