I can't say enough good things about Studio! It's made working during this pandemic so much more bearable! First off, Studio is modern, clean and spacious. The location is convenient to transit and their covid protocols make everyone feel safe and comfortable. There are plenty of socially distanced work space options from hot desks, to individual offices, to large spaces and the views of the Rockefeller Center roof gardens are great. Also, the staff is constantly cleaning to make sure frequently touched surfaces are disinfected. Next, there is free coffee, water and seltzer all the time. They also bring in breakfast once a week and have an optional Thursday happy hour. On top of that they have meeting rooms which you can reserve through the Studio app, phone booths and even a free printer. Finally, the staff is spectacular! Joe, Rebecca, Edwin and Taylor are always friendly, attentive and professional. I look forward to coming in everyday. If you are looking to stop working everyday in your apartment, this is a really great option!

From the moment I walked into the Studio offices - in the midst of construction, no less! - I could tell that they would be great to work with. Not only is Joe, the General Manager, a real gem to work with but his team is as well! They have clean, spacious, beautifully decorated offices and conference rooms - with fantastic views of Radio City Music Hall and more! They take COVID precautions very seriously and my team and I have always felt comfortable in the space. Studio has fantastic weekly offerings and special events - plus daily all-you-can-drink coffee (La Colombe!) We are thrilled with our decision to move to Studio, especially in the midst of the pandemic, and look forward to continuing our tenure for years to come.

I speak on behalf of our Pure CAD Team, and most likely words will fall short to describe the wonderful experience we have had to date having our office at Studio @ 1230 6th Avenue. After more than 7 months with our company operating from home and our team working remotely during the 2020 shutdown, we decided to come back stronger than ever in October 2020. We were reuniting our Pure Team, our family, and we knew we needed an office space with the same positive energy and attitude that we have always put into everything we do. And then we found Studio and its entire staff, and it was love at first sight. First and foremost the credit goes to the amazing human beings that compose the team at Studio and the Tishman/Rockefeller buildings. From the moment you enter the building, you are greeted, always with a smile, by more than 3 people at the lobby. When the elevator doors open at our 16th floor, the magic continues. More smiles, outstanding service with professionalism and respect, attention to detail all the way, chic and tasteful decor and furniture, perfect lightning, delicious coffee brewed every day, spacious and vibrant common areas and conference rooms, and much more. We have to give where credit is due, and today we want to express our gratitude and pay tribute to the Studio Team at 1230 AoA, you truly embrace the values of the Tishman Speyer culture, you all rock!
