We have had our office in Friedrichstrasse for 1.5 years and were very satisfied up until 6 months ago. It's hot in summer and not very modern (the toilets in particular are old), but it basically works. During the course of this year cost savings in cleaning and infrastructure have been made which are extremely unsatisfactory and only cause tedious discussions that distract from the actual purpose of "workplace". The internal evaluation system of customer satisfaction is the biggest joke if you punish the nice front ladies with it when the ratings are not good, which is not their fault. Whoever has recently taken over the management and decisions doesn't belong there in my opinion. Such a shame, really!
