Think twice if you want to have your office here, and Regus in general. They will have you locked into a contract where they don't allow you to exit earlier, even if you are having issues in the centre within Regus control , and your business is suffering from these issues. ( I would suggest doing a research on Regus feedback globally before signing up with them. Best place to start is productreview.com.au) - The Flinders Centre building management is ignorant, and arrogant. - Had issues with parking, construction noise, and after-hours office access. - The internal office walls are so thin, you could clearly listen to your neighbour's phone conversation ( Including the person from the other side of the phone line) - There are constantly kids screaming, crying and running in the hallways, which is a very good distraction on a zoom meeting, or when you are trying to concentrate. - People are having phone conversations, and doing their sales duties in the hallways as well. So you might learn some sales tricks along with your stay. So my feedback, is stay away!

It's a very nice place but people often bring their kids here so sometimes it's not easy to have a zoom meeting here. In addition, we have to hear the Vietnamese real estate people having phone calls when you work at the lounge area from my experience of using this place a few times per month for the last half a year.
