3 years of ongoing air conditioning issues! Do yourself a favor and go with another serviced office provider. Staff are great but cannot help with building management issues. The result is paying for an office that can only be used some times. If you are considering an office here, speak to tenants and see what they say.

5 star review for 5 star service. It was easy to walk in and set up a day office to host a meeting. The offices look fantastic and the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will be returning for my next staff action day.

Great environment. Really friendly receptionists. The location is great, only a 5 minute walk from the station. The building has an amazing view and a really corporate style. Very professional and an amazing experience.

If you are visiting Parramatta for business meeting and need a day office then I recommend Regus at 91 Philip Street Parramatta it is located only 5 min walk from the public transport. • Great Location close to train station • Express bus stops are only few mutinies walk from the centres • Kitchen, business lounge and amenities are well presented • Café and local and international cuisines at the door steps • Plenty of parking spots are available near Roxy theater parking station • Admin services are great • Team at the centre is friendly and try their best to go above and beyond to assist their clients • Other clients in this centre are friendly and respectful I love working from their business lounge Think Pods as it is super quiet and I can get my work done quicker with less concentration
