My son was harassed and mistreated by the hotel staff while trying to use the gym. Allegedly, there was a "celebrity" using the gym at the hotel, and of course it was impossible that a 19 year old person was a guest at the hotel, right? So two "security personnel" stood guarding him while using the gym and then they said to him he was a threat and needs to leave right now. And he was kicked out. Luckily they didn't attack him physically. My son even has pictures of this! After bringing this up with the rest of the hotel staff at the spa and elsewhere no one cared about the situation and just dismissed us. Talk about superior customer service!!! Honestly this level of arrogance is completely unacceptable at any venue, but especially at a hotel that is as expensive as this one. Will not be staying here and will seriously reconsider the four seasons chain again. What a disgrace

Worst hotel experience of my life. It was 3-4°C outside, and my room felt the same. The AC was blowing cold air, and despite two visits from the engineering team, they just told me to wait. After 2.5 hours of freezing in my room until 11 PM, I had enough- especially since I had early meetings the next day and desperately needed sleep. Their first attempt at resolving the issue? A cup of hot tea. Seriously. I refused and told them I was checking out immediately. Only then did they offer me another room, where I had to spend the night with two radiators just to stay warm. It has now been almost 10 days, and thanks to this disaster, I still haven’t recovered from my sickness. Never again Four Seasons, anywhere in the world. I kept questioning myself—why didn’t I just go for Peninsula?

From the moment we arrived at the Four Seasons at Tower Bridge, we were treated like royalty. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to make our one-night stay unforgettable, and we were genuinely impressed by the warmth, attentiveness, and subtle humour that made the service feel so personal. Special mention to the wonderful Yana, who welcomed us with such grace and took the time to walk us through the hotel and our room, explaining every detail with care. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning—elegant and serene—and our room was simply breathtaking. Soaking in a bath with a view of the Tower of London felt like something out of a movie. The doormen were particularly memorable, always cheerful and attentive, even remembering the little details of our day when we returned from exploring. It's those small touches that truly elevate a stay. Evening cocktails at Rotunda were a delight—Trey and Karolis crafted delicious drinks and made the entire experience feel like a celebration. For dinner, we visited Mei Ume, and it was easily the highlight of our stay. The sushi was exceptional, the atmosphere was refined yet welcoming, and Noy, our waitress, made us feel like cherished regulars rather than first-time guests. The whole team at Mei Ume created a truly special dining experience. After dinner, we returned to our room to find that the housekeeping team had performed a thoughtful turndown service, making the room feel instantly cosy and inviting. Breakfast at Rotunda was another standout. Quentin and Natasha were fantastic—especially Quentin, who struck up such a natural rapport with my boyfriend, you'd think they were old friends. The buffet was fresh and beautifully presented. We ended our stay with a visit to the spa, and I can confidently say it is the most luxurious spa I’ve ever experienced. Serene, immaculate, and utterly indulgent—and Chelsea was so lovely and welcoming. This hotel sets the bar for service and elegance. Every moment felt curated yet relaxed, personal yet professional. A perfect stay from start to finish. We can’t wait to return.
