This hotel is amazing inside and out The room was updated & stunningly decorated. The housekeeping was perfection . The room was made up promptly while we were at breakfast and always turned down when we returned in the evening. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Short walk to the West End theaters to see plays and plenty of shopping on Oxford Street. It's an easy walk to the Oxford Circus Underground and Bond Street Underground. I loved this hotel.

The room was beautifully decorated. The housekeeping was exceptional. The room was made up promptly while we were at breakfast and always turned down when we returned in the evening. They always kept our fruit bowl fresh and full and a terrific small box of chocolate. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We walked to the West End theaters to see plays and plenty of shopping on Oxford Street. It's an easy walk to the Oxford Circus Underground and Bond Street Underground. I loved this hotel.

Oh boy, what a vacation we had! Not our first time at this gorgeous hotel but each time is a treat! The hotel is absolutely beautiful! But it also has character and the staff is absolutely amazing! From the lovely door man at the entrance always happy to see us with a smile, to the waiters at breakfast going above and beyond to make your morning special. Housekeeping are so sweet and caring making your room several times a day during your stay. Just a wonderful hotel!!!

We had an extremely pleasant experience at afternoon tea. We were served by Elena Stanescu. She made us feel so welcome. Elena was attentive throughout our whole experience taking her time to explain everything and presented excellent customer care.

Very nice hotel with great service. Fantastic location off the bustling Regents. Easy walking to most or the tube. This has been our go to for the past few years. If ur Amex PL , it is definitely worth a try in comparison to the Claridges, Savoy, Browns. The latter are lovely, but the lobbies are very busy because they too are London Institutions. It is very easy to get to New Bond, Thames, Parliament, Towers, et al. Theatre's are a hot minute from the Hotel
