We stayed at The Londoner in 2023 and absolutely loved it—so we were thrilled to return this year, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. The staff consistently go above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience. We especially want to shout out Ruby, Lucy, Berna, Luca, and David—each of them brought such warmth and kindness to our stay and made it genuinely special. The rooms are always spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The food across the hotel is consistently delicious, and the views from the rooftop restaurant are stunning—perfect for both a relaxing breakfast or an evening cocktail. We also loved unwinding at the pool and spa, which offers a peaceful escape in the heart of the city. We can’t recommend The Londoner enough and will definitely be back again soon.

We had the best stay at the Londoner. Staff were amazing. Rooms were amazing. Hotel was amazing. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel special. We will definitely be recommending the hotel to everyone. We will be back again soon. Thank you to every single member of staff.

The quality is great, but the room size leaves much to be desired. There was a cubby sized closet for our clothes and no other furniture for storage. We put our suitcase on the chaise lounge and made due. The staff is excellent and very professional. The look of the hotel is gorgeous also. The bed was very comfortable. Have to save my pennies, nickels dimes and everything else to afford a suite for our next visit.

This hotel blew me away with such caring attentive staff . Upon arrival we were greeted instantly and was allocated a room and even was given a choice , after checking in we had a welcome drink and a little snack . When we went to our room our bags were already in there and the room was gorgeous, the bed was so comfortable i could have stayed there for a lot longer . While we stayed we visited the whisky room as my husband loves his whisky and had time in there for a treat , loved this room so peaceful and again the staff are just lovely ! We spent every evening at the bar having a glass of wine and watching the bar men making cocktails! Overall i have never had such great service and made to feel as special as they make you feel !
