This is a great location for concerts, food, entertainment and shopping. The cable car is a must, such fun and great views. I would also recommend the walk over the 02, again a fabulous experience. There is just so much going on. One word of warning if you attend a concert or large event, allow extra time at the tube station, is does get very overcrowded quickly and is subject to closure at times for safety.

Brilliant place to visit, 100's of beautiful shops, lovely and clean and so easy to get to by bus or tube. Lots of activities to do while you are theras well. It's a shame the walk over the roof was so expensive(£38). Would definitely go again.

Went to the WWE Smackdown and Raw double header on 28th and 31st of March. The final tour of John Cena. The atmosphere and promotion was great. The rings setup and area was literally brilliant. Excellent seats and great view. They somehow did all this and setup for the Usher Concerts in between but was flawless. Queues were not very long to get through and no issues with security. Drink and food normal overpriced fare but it's to be expected. I had worse at live England game or at the AJ fight. I would highly recommend the o2 and to go to a wrestling event there as the crowd participation was second to none and I lost my voice shouting after 20mins.. I would bother to drive there as parking is mad, you have to prebook of pay exorbitant amount. So be prepared for train queues when leaving they keep moving so not too bad. Excellent experience..

At O2 entrance, all luggage is required to pass through security inspection, so be patient. No free seats for the elderly, so please bring a portable seat if the elderly go with you. You can bring some drinks and snacks from WH Smith. Various types of challenging wall climbing are good for children to play. It's good to queue up earlier.

The Santana concert was excellent. Carlos was absolutely stunning. However, the restrictions being applied within the performance arena was quite bizarre. I was sat within one step above the stalls area on the aisle. The stewards were preventing people from taking plastic bottles and cans into the stalls and insisted they be decanted into plastic pint cups. They didn't appear to know the reason for this. One suggested that it was at the request of the band, which I don't believe. Environmentally this is not good practice... you are just doubling up on the amount of plastic being discarded. Indeed if someone wanted to refill their bottles during the gig they would not be able to. Quite an absurd practice! The stewards holding the cups were placing their fingers inside the plastic cups ... really bad from a hygiene point of view. When they ran out of cups they just let the people in with their bottles and cans! Also people were not allowed to use the nearest bathroom facilities. Even though I was feet away from the nearest bathroom I would have had to climb up the stairs and seek out the toilets on the first floor. Same when leaving... had to be funnelled back upstairs to come back down again. I know this is to prevent congestion in parts of the arena but I found this all a little bit too constrained. The average age of the audience on the night was around 60 ... you don't go to the 02 to get to be treated like a 6 year old.
