Positive start at the start of the rental period. Unfortunately, circumstances turned into a situation in which we decided to leave. The small-scale, personal service and approach became impossible due to the abrupt and completely unknown renovation for tenants, as a result of which the entrance and additional facilities on the ground floor are no longer available. Communication regarding this 5-month renovation took place 3 days (weekend) before the start of work. Temporary alternatives are not suitable or available. A professional reception of guests and customers is impossible at the small, cold, draughty and impersonal entrance. The parent company Regus also appears to be inflexible with an interim termination, despite it being clear that the services are substandard and the leased facilities are unavailable. Compliments are certainly due for the front-office ladies who have to deal with the situation, making do with what is available. Sorry for the development of the collaboration. Unprofessional communication. Perhaps this will be more positive after the renovation is completed. 2023-02-09 Case submitted using help section. Awaiting response. 2023-02-15 Internal communication Regus/TOO returns to square one without any results or substantive treatment. The Service department cannot provide feedback on this. Response to this email is impossible due to a no-reply setting. 2023-04-03 Sales department came up with a possible solution, but then it became completely unavailable. No more feedback or follow-up. The renovation also appears to take another quarter longer.
