I asked for a quote for a private office space for one person, I was told that they have spaces available for €178 + VAT. After waiting for 20 minutes today for a tour, I had showed up at 9AM as directed but no one was there to show me around, I was informed that the quote was for a desk, not a private office. What a waste of time. Poor customer service. Very unprofessional for what they are trying to sell. Go elsewhere if you can.

If you are looking for a co-working / office space, I do not recommend doing business with TOO or Regus (both part of IWG). After you have signed a contract, unilateral price increases of up to 20% follow quite quickly. In addition, various unexplained and unlawful amounts on invoices. Customer service is then unreachable.
