Stopped by on a walk this morning (Sunday), had a decaff americano from the van outside and a scone to take away - the scone was the best scone I've had in a long time!!
Service was really pleasant and all the treats looks delicious.
Edit: Picked up a scone again this morning but it was very dry & stale
:-(
I couldn't finish it and had to throw it away

The fact you don’t have a baby changing table bolted to a wall somewhere is bazaar. Surely part of your main client base is mums with babies.
Food was good though, sausage bap 👌🏼 but the guy behind the til seemed stressed and busy, when the place was nearly empty. I had to wait a couple minutes while he faffed with the iPad before he took my order….like I said, it was nearly empty, no queue. He was also ordering the other person around quite loudly, making him sound overbearing and condescending.
Also, no one likes a cold croissant. Warmed should be standard, especially for the price.

Couple of weeks ago we passed by and were invited to sit inside and made extremely welcome by a lovely girl who worked there. She mentioned that the business could do with more members as it is not in the town centre and invited us to come again and suggested that we could take out a day membership. We came back today as we enjoyed our interaction with her as well as coffee and cakes so much that we decided to go back and support the place. The actual owner opened the door and treated us like absolute trash right from the start. He was rude, arrogant and unfriendly. No manners, no communication skills and no appreciation that someone who doesn’t live in town actually came back all the way because of the place. The case when an employee is actually more human and people friendly than the owner who acted like an entitled misogynist. The man was so disrespectful and demeaning as soon as he opened the door and during our short interaction. He didn’t want to hear or know why we were there and what we wanted. He actually physically pushed me out and shut the door in my face. I haven’t seen this level of uncultured and abusive bigotry in the third world countries but to encounter it in Winchester in a place where we were asked to come back to was exceptionally unpleasant and left a very bad taste. This is no way to treat human beings even if they are not members of your delusionally exclusive members only work space sharing club.

Difficult to identify the target market of this repurposed pumping station, now coffee shop / cafe, particularly at weekends and seemingly run by 'one' overworked female server.
However, despite the confusion over its signage and aims, the experience was pleasant and relaxing. Would probably benefit from more staff and clearer / more accurate signposting.
