I had high expectations, but the Savoy definitely exceeded them. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was amazing! The bedroom was big, the bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom was big. All decorated so nicely too. I'm so glad we chose Savoy!

Great, not perfect, icon. Everything new or renovated. Comprehensive and generous service. Located in exceptionally noisy and busy area but windows were well insulated. Exceptionally hard water. Generous and luxurious breakfast. Aggressive housekeeping but also super-responsive. Stratospheric prices comparable to other five star hotels in London. Bed extremely comfortable, with a Sealy mattress no less!

I attended a work event at The Savoy Hotel, and it was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely top notch—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The three-course meal was exceptional, with each dish beautifully presented and full of flavor. The drinks were equally impressive, offering a great selection to suit all tastes. The setting was elegant yet comfortable, striking the perfect balance for both business and pleasure. One standout surprise was discovering a Gucci store right inside the hotel—just another example of the luxury and convenience The Savoy offers. Overall, The Savoy isn't just a place to stay or host an event; it's an experience in itself. Highly recommended!

From start to finish, I felt that the staff could not do enough to meet my needs. I experienced the highest level of customer service, from the doorman to the concierge, and from the housemaid to the spa therapist, who delivered one of the best massages ever ( and Ive had a few!!?:) Thank you!

Afternoon tea at the Fairmont was utterly underwhelming! This was booked for my mother's 80th birthday, an item on her bucket list. The staff were friendly enough, the setting was OK, the background piano music was on a sound system. The sandwiches - I expected homemade bread or Artisan bread - these were equivalent to a an M&S sandwich with the crusts removed. Seriously dull and uninspiring! The mini Yorkshire with beef was stale. The cakes were more picturesque but lacking in flavour, apart from the strawberry slice. If you were blind taste testing you wouldn't have identified what you were eating. Scones were served with one jam and lemon curd which did have a good zesty flavour with clotted cream. A limited tea and coffee menu, we had a glass of pink fizz and for three people it came to £400. I'll leave it there.... We smiled through it to make the most of it for mum but I would never return or recommend it. It felt mass produced for tourists and was absolutely not a 5 star experience! You really need to step it up, particularly on flavour and variety, quality of sandwiches.
