I first heard about 313 from a friend who branched off from a highly successful salon to start her own business, and had scouted the commercial rental market for a monthly lease. I’m in a different line of business, tailoring, but overlap her needs for a clean, professional space that can exude a little luxury, to meet clients in and book visits around my often-limited schedule. So I called Taylor at 313 the very same day, and she and Jasmine were able to show me incredible possibilities for my atelier space at both East Nashville locations. I chose to work with Jasmine in Inglewood for its location and the vibe of the Inglewood spaces—many areas are flooded with natural light and maintain the cool architecture of a very old, sacred space! She was beyond courteous to let me explore options and she and Brennon personally helped situate me in the perfect space. They even allowed me to install ceiling fixtures to make it totally turnkey and customized! The historical feel of plastered walls and tall ceilings is ideal for building my business visually and virtually, since it will give great imagery on Socials. The flexibility to book clients around the clock means I can respond to fashion emergencies (yes people, they’re real!) and truly cater to my clients. Parking is a breeze with the giant lot off Hart Lane and greeting clients and walking them through a well laid-out common space where I can offer refreshments, convenient bathrooms, etc. adds tremendous value to my business. I’ve felt totally supported by Jasmine and her team and it’s been a total pleasure meeting other tenants as they set up shop. It’s a huge asset for our neighborhood to commune and feel involved with one another’s progress. I'm grateful and would recommend without hesitation!
