Sadly, I cannot recommend this business. While working remotely in Santo Domingo, my hotel's internet connectivity was poor. As such, I elected to use Thrive as a temporary office space. The receptionist (a young lady) at the front desk was impatient and rude. Upon arrival, I inquired about the workspaces. The receptionist struggled to showcase the prices of the services. Yo hablo Espanol. However, I am not from the Dominican Republic. At times, I cannot understand the local accent. I asked the receptionist to speak slower on two occasions. She was dismissive and ignored my requests. The internet connection was inconsistent. Although I purchased a daily pass for 36 USD or 2000 Dominican Pesos, the staff left at 5PM. Once you leave, you cannot enter the facility again. For the amount that I paid, I was wrong to expect uninterrupted service and perhaps an environment that is more welcoming to foreigners.
