Our company just recently rented 2 office spaces here - the A/C was out in the building for the entire first 10+ days of our lease (it's still out!). Over a week, no action was taken after repeated conversations ... we were told it was our new Mac mini computers that were causing too much heat! HAHA! The parking situation is terrible. There are approx. 15 spaces being taken up by a junk yard style used car lot (the office manager told us someone in the building has a used car sales business so they let him keep the used cars there). We decided to move out of the offices because we can't keep our team in 80+ degree temperatures, parking was getting frustrating and the office itself is not up to par. It's very outdated, doors are really scratched up and beat up, lots of sketchy people in and out of the building all day, it's overall unprofessional & I wouldn't want our clients to visit in that environment. You can get better spaces and better customer service for the price you pay here.

We were considering leasing some office space here to run our business, but after seeing the condition of the place, we decided to pass. There were homeless people hanging out on the sidewalk, trash all over the place, and apparently there is some sort of car lot in the same parking lot? In either case we decided to pass and wanted to warn anyone else looking not to waste your time.

The staff here is helpful and on it. The facility is nice. There is a kitchen/break room area with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, silverware, glasses, dishwasher, etc. It's a great location, too. You get exactly what you pay for if not more.

DO NOT LEASE HERE! They lock you in for a crazy term. It can take up to 15 months to terminate your lease agreement depending on timing. I did not read the fine print close enough and I thought it was 90 days to terminate, but it's 90 days before they renew for a whole year. So it is taking 9 months for me to terminate a lease for an office that I'm not using. And their response it terrible. DO NOT LEASE HERE!

I have worked here at this building twice now. The service here is impeccable. The facilities are outstanding. I would recommend Regus at Cedar Bluff to anyone looking for office space.
