Place itself is too convenient. The public area has a very good atmosphere and very conducive for productivity. The in-house cafe has a wide variety of drinks and snacks. I can feel the diversity and professionalism from both the staff and the other users as well. Great place for working overall.

Spacious lounge with good facility. Nice and fun atmosphere is there. The location is very convenient that the building is right next to the train station.

From movers to residents Please be careful. Even if the security deposit is overdue, it will never be returned. Before moving out, it is definitely recommended to check if you are going to refund the money if you are asking "when will it come back?" And if you can't get it, it's better to point out that you'll take legal action. [PS] It was decided to return it as a result of the exchange, but as a result it was returned more than a month late. I mean, what would have happened if I hadn't contacted you? It was a response that made me want to guess. I really don't agree with this company's stance of paying the rent normally, even though they take a lot of penalties when the rent is late. To avoid misunderstandings, the receptionists at each office are polite, friendly and very good. The impression that the management system such as the head office behind is sloppy anyway. I'm sorry for the people in the field, but I can't recommend this group to those who are thinking about renting an office from now on.
