I haven't been frequenting the Regus - Turin Ferrucci for long and I have had the opportunity to appreciate the ambience of this space. What made this experience even more memorable was the staff present, who were extremely helpful, kind and courteous. Whenever I needed assistance or information, the staff was ready to help me promptly and professionally. They proved to be competent and well informed about the services offered by co-working, as well as ready to answer my questions. Furthermore, I particularly appreciated the welcoming approach of the staff, which created an inclusive atmosphere. Their professionalism and courtesy are making my work experience at Regus - Turin Ferrucci extremely pleasant and have made me feel welcome from day one. I was able to concentrate on my work activities knowing that I could count on a reliable team ready to help me if necessary. I would highly recommend Regus - Turin Ferrucci to anyone looking for a stimulating work environment, with helpful staff attentive to the needs of their customers. Thank you Carmelo Lentinello

Location in the center of Turin, comfortable and well organised. Excellent reception. Definitely to improve the coffee and hot drinks dispenser. These do not give change. Furthermore, the keys for the distributors are not available or in any case in short supply.

🔴 I use this center for convenience And honestly, I had already had problems before with the staff in charge of using ways that I do not consider ethical 1 episode : they booked me by phone (because the system didn't work) and as soon as we arrived they didn't want to let us access the meeting room because they had another client... (FOLLY) While I was with my clients in the room I received constant calls urging me to "move out" EXPERIENCE AMONG THE WORST LIVED IN THE LAST YEARS Last yesterday I book with complete serenity from the system, putting in 1 hour and a half (always for fear of receiving indigestible calls) I stay less than 1 hour in the hall (45 min) and I am charged for 2 hours At my call a kind girl named Jessica explains to me what (....) usual customer care to tell you with extreme kindness "your business" I am writing this review (which I will forward to the headquarters both in Italy and abroad) because I believe that approaching this center should know and above all because having a company as owner I would like to be informed if my employees manage the work in this way Surely many smiles and many thanks, but the substance is that when you make requests with the right you are always told the fairy tale "of the flying donkey". The center is beautiful (I mean in its entirety) but I am of the opinion that this type of way of stealing money through the credit card in this way is "very low level" And I repeat, it is not for the money itself, but for the method of treatment and above all because if I ever get close to a new product or service, like this I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THESE THINGS.
