I book meeting spaces at United Co. semi-regularly for work, my team and I have loved being able to meet there. The rooms are well appointed and tastefully decorated, the staff are all wonderful to work with and the onsite cafe and catering are delicious, making it a fantastically well-integrated option.
Pricing is not inexpensive but comparable to CBD room hire. I do think the facilities are nicer and better than other locations I have previously hired: integrated video conferencing is available from quite a few of their rooms and has worked perfectly for us, which I can't say for every venue I've been at.
I would highly recommend United Co. to anyone who is seeking a premium, highly professional room hire option for their next meeting or gathering.

I took a tour of about 10 different coworking spaces and chose United co. It's really 5 stars in terms of the location, the actual working space and the staff. So as soon as you enter into its beautiful building you get so much energy to start your day. If you feel tired in the middle of the day, you can go and have a coffee in its beautiful cafe or go and have a short walk on the historic Smith Street. The staff from the reception to sales and the management team are super friendly and supportive. I haven't had a single issue here even though I had some uncommon requirements from United Co due to the nature of my business. Can't recommend them enough.
