My thoughts as an experienced, flexible co-worker (hot desk user): Beautiful full-serviced workspace - among the most well-designed I have seen so far without lacking ergonomic aspects (which is typically the case with good design). Lots of nice open areas to sit (most with height-adjustable tables and advanced office chairs with seat depth adjustment), nice pod-like phone booths and tasteful lounge areas. Pleasant roof terrace including a green house for meetings. Great coffee and kind staff. Possibility to work from any of their other locations five times a month. Unfortunately almost completely lacking a community and co-working feeling with spontaneous conversations with like-minded folks due to no start-ups, hardly any two-three person office spaces, very few satellite office employees, very few community happenings and mostly a few large companies with own, big office spaces.
