Beautiful modern train station with a large shopping centred attached. A great place for Dutch train spotting.
Came in winter this time so the whole place is decorated with Christmas trees, full of festive moods.

Beautiful modern station in a central location. The connection by public transport is super convenient. There is also a huge bicycle garage. Various stores and restaurants are available. More than 20 tracks accessible by escalator as well as elevator. The whole station is very clean. A highlight for all train fans.

I have a NS business card which has train subscription but it suddenly stopped working due to unknown reasons. I could get in but couldn't get out. I buzzed the buzzer at gate C. The man who picked up the call gave me a 08xx number to call and said that he couldn't help me any further. For one, the 08xx number that he gave me wasn't a valid number. And two, the man asked me to put credit in the card which I did. I said that it was a business card and I never needed to put money in that card. Today when I checked with NS business company they also said that he shouldn't have ever given incorrect instruction. As it is a business card, I shouldn't put money in it. The staff at Utrecht station wasn't just not helpful. He didn't even listen to what I was trying to say. He also implied that I was lying. I feel extremely humiliated and discriminated. I hope that there is something that could be done to avoid such situation happening to anyone else.
