The heating has been defective for a month and the pipe has made no effort to have it repaired. It's January and it's extremely cold. The reception, which is the contact person for the tenants, is apparently powerless. The door lock in the ladies' toilet on the 5th floor was also broken for months. No response. The amphibian is running around in the offices... scandalous!!!

Our company event was a complete success, which we have to thank the Regus team for. We were well advised and supported right from the start. There is a suitable location for every conference/celebration. No matter whether a meeting for 6 people or for 80 people. A great office with a large terrace can also be booked for events. Many thanks again to the two ladies who organized our company party so well. The location itself is also good, as it is not far from the subway, there is a tram right in front of the house and there are also private parking spaces.

We were an old customer of BENA, which was taken over by REGUS. Unfortunately, even after more than two years, we haven't gotten our deposit back. The center manager doesn't feel responsible and refers you to a general hotline that doesn't know the process and doesn't even speak German.

Was given excellent advice in the Pro Tech sales room via the TVs where you don't pay for GIS. The seller took his time and explained everything to me in detail. 👍
