The location, the work environment, the events- everything is perfect. Great place to work at. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The events are very well and regularly organised which helps to keep us motivated and happy at work. The kitchen area is very well equipped with all the necessities (and i especially love the hot chocolate :P ). It has been a pleasure to work at Regus Villeurbanne.

Contract clauses unsuitable for freelancers and even less for artist authors. This is not a rental but a provision of coworking services, which apparently explains the impossibility of terminating the contract despite a cessation of activity. I personally had to stop my activity for personal and health reasons and I have been paying for an empty coworking space at 191 euros for more than 10 months... It's good for them but it's lousy for the independents. I would have done everything to change that, but I couldn't find anyone who could listen to my situation (nothing on site and no one on the website, supposedly "help section") This business clearly resembles theft, no way to cancel for 2 years..

Many thanks to Sarah and Chérazade. I highly recommend HQ le Patio, the offices are modern, clean. The place is quiet and the welcome is really great. Thank you to both of them for all their work done on a daily basis.

Very pleasant working environment and ideally located, 200m from the Parc de la Tête d'Or. Co-working spaces allow us to discuss with other companies. A big thank you to Sarah and Chérazade for their kindness and their daily professionalism!

Rather clean and modern working environment, coffee included in the office rental, but not incredible quality! The office walls are made of cardboard and it's easy to hear other people through them! The other tenants may be "zoners" who listen to rap music through big speakers; the concept of renting professional offices will need to be explained. The change of receptionists did not change the inspection of the sound problems, although they could be heard from the reception! Concerning the "secure" doors, the electronic closure is buggy and works very poorly. The partitions are so cheap that pulling on closed doors allows you to open them without triggering the safety.
