I've been using it since 2012. Always good service. Today, to my surprise, I was treated with ignorance and harshness by the unit's commercial manager. He asked me why I made a request for a meeting room without booking it in advance via the APP. But advance reservation is not necessary, as long as there is a room available. That was the case. There was a room available. In this modality that I wanted, all I had to do was pay an extra fee, which I did not object to paying at any time. The unit manager's cardboard, right in front of my client, complaining is unnecessary. It doesn't make sense to me for a supplier to complain about the customer because he is purchasing, especially if the customer has respected all the rules for purchasing.

Absurd, bad experience. There is a charge for everything requested and after 1 year and three months I was sent to the registry office without any prior notification. When I got in touch I was informed that they would get in touch when possible? A lack of respect and lack of professionalism and this is not the first time I have had to deal with this financial mess. I do not recommend
