My family stayed here as we were attending my nieces wedding being host there on may 21st....(it was amazing)...Dan on front desk was so welcoming..helpful and nothing was to much trouble for him . He is an absolute credit to your hotel ...The bed s was so comfy ...and the room spotless..please say hello to Dan from the lady in room 365 on that date ..He was a joy . We also stayed for lunch the following afternoon and the food was superb also breakfast was one of the best I've ever had through a hotel...Leyanne ..who was working bar and grill was also a credit to this hotel ..she had a very rude and nasty customer in front of us to whom she remained very professional throughout and even though he had made a very personal and rude comment to her she still served us with a smile and very helpful and welcoming manner...again nothing was to much trouble for her...I would highly recommend this hotel with 5 stars from us and look forward to visiting again

I really enjoy this hotel, I often get greeted by a lovely lady called Kat who does the late shifts as I always arrive late, she is always so friendly The staff and the rooms are great in this hotel, the only bug bear I have with this hotel is the quality of their breakfast. Ive got to say its pretty shocking quality for the standard of the hotel. I really don’t want to be negative, however the staff, like Kat make’s a great experience, sadly the food certainly doesn’t and really lets this hotel down.

As always with the Village hotels excellent service, food and amenities. Pool, gym etc. Even a live acoustic performance in the evening from a talented pair in the bar. The only downside was my shower flooding the bathroom completely as the shower tray wasn't draining properly! Other than that great as always.

Village hotels were amazing when they first arrived…however now their restaurant quality is down and breakfast is terrible. Rooms were clean but mine had a Smokey smell…take a look at the eggs on this breakfast, they taste very questionable. More like cold soya mush!?

Self check in, was convoluted, just as well staff were avaliable to assist, also for checking out, and getting a receipt. Meal was good, once the although the main meal arrived before the starters. Room was lovely, comfortable, warm, and nice.
