I strongly recommend NOT renting at this space. While the staff who actually work at site are kind and warm, Regus, as a company, is a scam. I was relocating to Olympia from out of state so I had to rent an office site unseen. The Regus salesperson totally oversold the space. When I arrived I found that the office was essentially a windowless broom closet. I called Regus to tell them that the space was unnacceptable. I waited a week for them to find me a new space at a comparable cost. They said they didn't have one despite the building being nearly empty. When I went to cancel my service, I found that they had taken advantage of their own weeklong delay to bill me for an additional month. So, in the end, I was charged two full months for a broom closet, and never once received so much as a phone call from the company in response to my many many queries for help. Please do not rent from Regus. Use one of the many local alternatives where you have better odds of being treated like an actual human being.

Initially I was impressed by their clean office spaces and the professional atmosphere. I am however now quite disenamored by their overly long leases, and their auto renew policy. Their billing leaves something to be desired in terms of it's impredictabilty. There are far better office spaces for rent for the same price range throughout Olympia.

As a small business owner, I am beyond thrilled that our Olympia market finally supports the existence of a Regus business center. It quite literally couldn't be any easier. The location is ideal, the offices are beautifully remodeled and maintained, the friendly staff welcome clients with a smile and offers of amazing beverages, and practically every detail is taken care of. There are many other commercial office options available in this area, but none offer this level of service without great expense and effort. It just works. If you're looking for flexible or full-time workspace options or even just a clean and attractive meeting space, Union 400 is definitely worth consideration!

We just leased the office and everything seems to be nice, only one issue at the start was that of the furniture that was in there when I picked up the keys one piece was missing when I came back to start moving in. But the staff was quick to get another which was great and all but not real comfortable about things coming up missing after picking up the keys. Other than that no complaints so far.

This place is an excellent spot if you need to rent office or conference room space. I'm from California and we rented two rooms for depositions for multiple days. We showed on day one needing immediate schedule changes. Skye Flosi and her team were more than accommodating and got us taken care of even though they had to jump through some hoops. The whole team here is friendly, flexible, highly competent and provide great service. Skye was a delight to work with and we will definitely be back next time we need a space in Olympia.
