A nice, modern office building that changes its surroundings with direct access from the metro. On the ground floor there is a Starbucks café and a Rossmann drugstore. Over 7,000 meters have already been rented. Two underground continuations are occupied by a garage. Unfortunately, the neighbor is a crumbling shanty. There are some nice investments in the area, so soon the honest South Railway Station will be unrecognizable 🙂👌

High five for interesting architecture. Nice modern building. In the Starbruck cafe operating on the ground floor, nice and friendly service. Coffee very good.

Cool place. A very modern building. Several companies have already moved in. Cafe and Rossmann at hand. You can work. And the metro is right next door

Here I only drank coffee that Starbucks. She was good as usual. Road but good. Nice elegant interior
