This party visited on the 20th of September 2019, and also on a few other ocaissions over a number of years and the welcome has been found to be appropriate. The staff are pleasant and well-meaning. The organisation offers a business service for established small businesses and for those wishing to start a small business of their own, which benefits the community. There are also a wide variety of courses on offer, although a registration process and some paperwork must be completed beforehand. These courses help those that enrol, negotiate a subject which is long-winded, has much jargon and terminology, is difficult in it's registration processes and which is also hugely bureaucratic. (in this party's opinion). There is also a canteen for those that engage with the service, which provides a range of hot and cold beverages, sandwiches, snacks and other sundry items. The place is clean and tidy and there are many rooms where courses and meetings can be held. In the reception area there is a large TV screen which displays rolling piped news items.
