Excellent space and customer service by the community team. I was a guest visitor, so sign up and card activation was quick and easy. My only complaint is the community team showed up after opening time of 8:00AM, so I had to wait to get in a few minutes.

Such a warm, welcoming atmosphere for folks looking to get some work done and connect with other professionals in the area. Can't say enough about the support staff rocking the front the desk and maintaining the day-in and day-out operations. Always look forward to checking in and making the most of my WeWork membership.

Love the entrepreneurial atmosphere! There are big, beautifully decorated and furnished collaborative workspaces in the lobby, surrounded by equally functional and well furnished privates offices. The lobby area gets loud but the private offices are much quieter. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful!

I worked from this place for a week as my office has a branch here. Great office, great staff and the facilities in the common area like Air Hockey table, Board games, food and snacks etc were excellent. They even have free beer on tap and the views from the building are excellent!!
It is in the central part of downtown and this place is perfect for startups as you can rent as much space as you want. In case of unexpected events where you need more space, you can use the conference room for free!

I travel all over the world for work so I've seen many offices in many locations, so I wasn't expecting much more than a wifi connection and a outlet for my electronics. However, I was really impressed by everything about my experience at WeWork.
1. Registration and booking - super easy. I downloaded the app, picked a location, and reserved a spot, paid, and received a confirmation all within about 5 minutes. The app was excellent and easy to use.
2. Location - right in Campus Martius in downtown Detroit, it's in a great spot with wonderful views of the Campus Martius park area. Loads of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
3. Staff - When I arrived, I was greeted by Jameel at the front desk and within 3 minutes I was checked in, issued an access card, and shown around. Service was fantastic and very friendly.
4. Environment - A nice, chill vibe conducive to productivity. It wasn't dead silent like a library, nor noisy and full of distractions. Just a quiet buzz of activity and conversation, exactly what I was looking for.
5. Facilities - Several types of coffee makers (drip brew, super-automatic espresso/latte/cappucino maker), cold brew and kombucha on tap, kitchen area with microwave and toaster oven, fridge, sink, etc... This was better supplied by far than my regular office. Very impressed with the setup here. Everything was spotlessly clean (kitchen, work areas, restrooms) and well maintained. Wifi was very fast and I had no connectivity issues at all. There are meeting rooms you can rent, and free-to-use private phone booth for sensitive calls.
6. Parking - The parking situation in downtown Detroit can be a little weird. There are quite a few garages in the area: 1001 Woodward Parking Garage, Campus Martius Parking Garage, Z Park, and Kennedy Square Garage are all within a 5 minute walk, but expect to pay. I parked in Campus Martius Garage for $25 for the day. There are also surface parking lots for between $7-$15 on most days. If there are sporting events, these will cost more and will fill up early. If you don't mind the $25 fee, the Campus Martius Garge is just a block away and if you're worried about security, it features a Detroit Police substation right in the structure. When I worked downtown regularly, I parked here for 14 years and never had a problem.
7. Overall - this was a great experience, and I expect that WeWork (and this location in particular) will become my go-to place in Detroit when I need a desk for the day.
