This WeWork sucks and I have receipts. Got a day pass to catch up on some work and here is my feedback: 1. Level 1 has no coffee machine or taps, only a water dispenser. Level 2 is too cold and dark and it really takes a toll on you. I had to sit next to the toilets and hear the doors slam because it was becoming unbearable. It was so cold I developed a headache and had to leave early to avoid falling ill. Have attached some photos of my predicament. 2. The WiFi doesn’t work. I got help from the staff to connect to the WiFi, but after repeated attempts I had to stick to my personal hotspot. I am not a silly person, I work in tech so I can very much follow instructions but this is hopeless. 3. The music is way too loud. I guess they were trying to create a trendy vibe but honestly I didn’t come here for noise. 4. The taps don’t work, full stop. At 12.40pm, 40minutes after the taps were supposed to open, they were still off, which is a bit scammy and is a sign of very poor management. I am quite sure this is a big draw of WeWork - the tons of free beverages. Yet I was struggling to get a drink even after waiting nearly an hour for the staff to come fix it. I guess the only draw is that the front desk staff are nice - they did try to help, but they are on Level 1, and cannot manage Level 2 and 3 which have completely different accesspoints. Needless to say I will not be coming back.
