Nice, quiet office that’s rarely busy, but beware of discriminatory drop-in practices. I am a WeWork Singapore member with drop-in requests denied multiple times due to being at drop-in capacity, and was denied again today (last time I came on a Friday there was only 2 people), so decided to swing by anyway and see how busy. As you can see from the video, there are 27 open desk spots plus many more round tables, stools, couches. The staff member who denied my request hung her head in shame and had nothing to say after telling her I was simply there to take video and prove they were denying my drop-in request without cause. So good luck if you are looking to make a formal drop-in request and they allow you in, but be prepared for them to discriminate and deny your request in a show of power to make their job feel more meaningful. I have the names of both staff members who have denied my drop-in requests and poorly justify their actions, but not mentioning their names or images to respect their online privacy.

This place is really nice. It is well-furnished with comfortable chairs and sofa. The environment is spacious and quiet which allow me to get the work I need to get done. The staff Kelly and Loli are super nice, friendly and really helpful in addressing any question I have. Just call-in and reserve a spot beforehand and they will take care of the rest. Keep up the good work. You guys rockkk!!

Unfriendly staff who refused to give any information about signing up other than "go on the website". For the price they charge one would expect a more friendly attitude, or at least some willingness to show the space. There are much better value for money options in the area.
