At its core, WeWork is about community and being surrounded by other like-minded people. Well designed working space with multiple value added benefits. Each floor has its own selection of beer, from breweries both local and national. There is fruit water on every floor. Members also get access to special members-only events.

Highly frustrating when the branch and the building facilities management are not communicating to ensure users can come on weekends. Had made booking an hour ago which is ample time. Called building assistance but was more concerned about pushing me away instead of actually solving a problem of a paying customer. I’m sure I’m not the first one. I’m happy to be contacted to assist with this. If this building can’t be arsed to help users on the weekend, then don’t offer it.

We park at this building to go for a lunch. We requested to use the lift instead of the stairs as we had a wheelchair friend w us. But a lady security nag at us from the moment the lift door opens till we exit the main door. Strongly stress that we can't park at the building to go to restaurant. After lunch, while we make our entry back to the building lobby. She immediately stood up from her chair, follow us to the lift area and again remind us we are not supposed to use the building carpark as it will invite unnecessary covid exposure to people working in the building that use the lift. We had maintain our cool and do not want to have any verbal exchange with her but that did not stopped her from nagging. These encounters were witnessed by the male security who assisted in opening the basement door! It's very traumatising for the wheelchair friend to see such bad attitude n no sympathy during this pandemic. It's a real disappointment to park at this building. If public are inviting covid exposure and not welcoming to use the lift. Kindly display proper signage for notification or close the access of carpark for public usage.
