I came in to do some meetings. They say the service is 24/7 but there were no staff, no available water and no available cups. It was a minor holiday, but cups and water is quite essential.

Great place to have a seat, a coffee, and work. The environment is peaceful, and the security is great. Also, it has a lot of agreements with local businesses to have discounts if you show your WeWork Card.

Its so great to work peacefully, the coffee is pretty good, and have a lot of places where you can rest or just take a break, and it's location is excellent, very recommended

We rented an office in this building for a year and paid a “refundable” deposit equivalent to one month’s rent. We provided the required one-month notice before moving out, and the deposit was supposed to be reimbursed one month after our departure. However, it has been over three months, and we still have not received our deposit back. They have not explained the delay and are ignoring our attempts to contact them. If you are a US-based company, I would think twice before renting here.

The bathrooms were most of the time dirty, this is not related to the personnel, as they were pretty attentive. Sadly, the other companies that rented the space in the same floor I was in were pretty dirty, specially call-center companies. Sometimes there was substance abuse in the bathrooms as well.
