I'm an American living in Porto Alegre. We tried out one day of the membership here and it was amazing! They have a cafe on the first floor with yummy food and they have free coffee in the coworking area. They give you a card when you first arrive to scan into the doors. You can sit anywhere in the coworking area, which has 2 floors. There is a kitchen and a snack bar. The snacks can be purchased using an app with card or pix. They have a large selection of frozen meals and drinks, as well. The fridge has milk for coffee and there is sugar, as well. I found the atmosphere good for working. If you get uncomfortable, you can sit on the couch, as there are many. Some people were too loud in the common areas, but that is mostly about a lack of respect for others. I like that people can meet and talk but some people are quiet workers and need to be able to read. I am an editor, so I found it hard to focus when people were yelling and laughing at their lunch hour. Otherwise, I enjoyed it a lot. I may get a private membership in the future.

Tried to book a desk through the app, doesn’t say any desks or available or for the future either. Tried numerous times to call the +55 number listed and the automated message said to go to the website. My husband tried contacting them on WhatsApp and it was an automated bot that replied and just says all the options are invalid (the bot doesn’t work). Is this a real place that wants customers…?

ATENÇÃO ao firmar um contrato de 12 meses ou mais. Se por ventura você precisar romper o contrato antes do prazo, vai ter que pagar integralmente até o final sem QUALQUER tipo de negociação. Cláusula extremamente abusiva e em desacordo com o entendimento dos tribunais. E não tem a menor possibilidade de negociação. Eles sequer te respondem as mensagens e emails. Descaso total! Toda aquela simpatia e presteza enquanto tu estás associado e frequentando o local, some de um hora pra outra. Em resumo, péssima experiência!

As pessoas q atendem são educadas. Porém, o sistema não é bom para quem tem empresa. Um cliente não pode chegar inesperadamente. Lamentável a Mapfre Seguradora estar em um prédio assim. Não é prédio para esse tipo de empresa.
