Never received my deposit back. Have been trying every week since I left the office in October 2024. I don’t know what to do at this point. There was no issue in debiting every month my membership but staff mentionned a problem in sending back my deposit. Nobody is trying to find a solution. I even gave a colombian bank account in case it was easier but still no answer from We Work.

Like others have said I showed up trying to use the office space but the front desk people were only security and referred me to a QR code. I submitted my information and was never contacted by anyone so I was not able to use the office.

It took me over a week to buy a membership—you can not just come and get it. They turned me away and gave me a salesperson's email that was not responding for two days. The hot desks area is super loud - everyone is taking phone calls there, so you feel like you are working from a call centre. Some floors are rented by private companies, but it's not clear which floors exactly you should not use, so you may be just kicked out. And last - after lunch, I got comfy on the sofa in a shared space, watched some videos and fell asleep for maybe 15 minutes. A manager Uliana came to me, woke me up and told me "I'm sorry, you are not allowed to sleep here" - I was feeling humiliated, cancelling my membership.

They took more than 3 months in returning the deposit, needed to involve all LATAM team and pushed a lot for it.

Made me wait for 15 minutes to schedule an appointment and then give me a number to schedule an appointment with remote person for community manager for another day. Better options for the work place and customer service available in the area. Don’t Waste your time here
