Overpriced office. There are better alternatives in Barranquilla for the price. Avoid, or be ready to solve stuff yourself at your own cost. The issues we had as users were: -Big Water leaks when it rained, disabling half the office. -Electrical and internet failure. At one point we were 5 days without AC, so the office became useless. -Desks didn't have electrical outlet for several months. and we were charged full price. We had to manually add an electrical wiring to be able to use a monitor and charge the laptops. -No flexibility for access, we needed an intern to go down the elevators and let our employees in. -No flexibility for parking. -Coffee always runs out and they took a long time to restock. -The admin staff was away sometimes in a meeting, training or whatever and you got stuck with no card, no access, and there was no availability or anyone to solve. There are better alternatives in Barranquilla for the price. Avoid, or be ready to solve stuff yourself at your own cost.
